Who we are

ClubForged builds and hosts websites for golf clubs. For anything about your data, email hello@clubforged.digital and a real person will help.

What we collect, and why

When you use a form on this site (Build my site, Book a call, or Contact), we collect the details you give us — your name, club, email, phone and message — for the sole purpose of replying about your club's website. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.

We also measure how the site is used, so we can improve it. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

Cookies and analytics

By default we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it stores nothing on your device and doesn't track you across other sites. Because it sets no cookies, it needs no consent.

Only if you accept on the cookie banner do we load Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga and _ga_*) to understand visits in more detail. We run Google Consent Mode, so nothing analytics-related is stored until you opt in, and you can decline with no loss of functionality. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will reappear.

Essential cookies/storage needed to remember your cookie choice itself are always used, as they're strictly necessary.

Your club's email and domain

We never touch your club's email or wider DNS. Connecting a site to us is a single, safe change that points your website only — it has no effect on your inbox.

How long we keep things

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of our correspondence, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email hello@clubforged.digital. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
